Refund Policy


Usually, airline tickets, hotels, and Trip protection insurance fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of the booking. In case of hotel bookings, the amount paid is non-refundable at any circumstances.

All cancellations concerning to airline tickets, hotel bookings must be done only over the phone. We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met:

  • You have requested a cancellation and refund to us and if the fare rules have the procedure for cancellation and refunds;
  • You are not a "no show" (all the "no show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing)
  • We are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
  • Note- This doesn’t applies on Hotel Bookings

    We are incapable to provide a specific time frame that may take to process your requested refund. All the refund/cancellation requests are processed in a designated sequence. Once you have placed your cancellation request to our customer service agent over the phone; You will then receive an email notification sent to us that your request has been received.

    This notification no way qualifies you for a refund, it is only an acknowledgment of your cancellation request and provides you with a tracking number. After receiving your request for cancellation, we will work with the suppliers such as airlines, hotels companies to generate a waiver based on airline and other supplier rules and shall notify you of the supplier decision.

    Service fees charged by us for the original travel reservations or bookings are non-refundable. Receiving the refunds is totally dependent on the suppliers. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier, it may take 7 or more working days for the refunded amount to appear on your credit/ Debit card statement. Usually, there is certain penalty charged by all suppliers against the refund. This entire process may take 60-90 days from placing cancellation request to receiving credit in your account. Apart from the airlines and Hotels refund penalties, Cheapbestfares will charge a post-ticketing service fees, as applicable. All refund fees are charged on per-passenger, per-ticket basis. These fees will only be appraised if the requested refund has been approved by the supplier and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. If such refund is not processed by the supplier, we will refund you our post-ticketing service fees applicable, but it doesn’t apply to our booking fees for the original travel reservation or bookings.
