Meal Options
Passengers flying with airlines receive a meal on board, except for shorter flights where this service may not be possible. refreshment. Business Class passengers can pre-order food 14 days earlier the departure of their flight, up to 24 hours before flying.
Special Dietary Requirements
Passengers requiring a special meal can order one by contacting the airlines booking team at least 24 hours prior to departure. Passengers can also pre-order meals when buying a ticket.

Frequent Flyer Program
The airlines offer a frequent flyer loyalty program known as Dynasty Member to keep rewarding its regular passengers. The membership benefits applied to China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines self-operated flights are not to code-share flights operated by other airlines. There are four tiers of membership:

Members can make themselves qualified for these elite tiers by earning enough air miles or segments within 12 calendar months.
Wi-Fi
The In-flight WiFi connectivity is available on the Boeing 777-300 ER and Airbus A350-900 once the plane reaches its cruising altitude. Passengers can benefit from the internet connection by paying through the system. There are also free services such as new articles and weather information.
Members which are Elite might have privileges such as access to the VIP lounge, a higher checked baggage allowance and being able to upgrade their ticked to a different cabin.
Carry-on Baggage
For all classes of travelling, cabin baggage for travel on China Airlines should not exceed 7 kilograms in weight and should not exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches in size. An extra piece of cabin baggage is permitted for passengers travelling on Business Class.
Checked Baggage
For economy class, the checked baggage must not exceed 32 kilograms in weight. Whereas checked baggage should not weight more than 40 kilograms in business class.
